The bureau provides advice and assistance to the National Executive Committees and other bodies of the association including to the association members on constitutional, administrative and procedural matters on commercial law, labour law, including any industry related laws and matters.
The legal functions of the bureau also include cooperation and coordination in legal activities with any other organizations or agencies.
The bureau is to provide advice relating to information and communications technology (ICT) and responsible for all efforts related to industry development, policy formation, ICT development, and capacity building for the associations long-term, medium-term, and annual plans or programs as well to provide support or assistance with respect to the bureau’s planning, monitoring and evaluation towards spearheading the development of information system and database in support to the associations management and information needs.
The bureau is also responsible to design and develop strategies to help improve the planning and programming system of the Association in coordination or consultation with the technical suppliers and other related units or bureau.
